Balearic Helicopters can offer an ICAO CPL helicopter pilot the EASA Ground Exams, Flight Training and EASA Flight Testing to obtain an EASA PPL(H).

Regulations are found in EASA PART FCL ANNEX III

All Balearic Helicopters training is on a one-to-one basis with your instructor. With our fleet of R44's and R66, along with 4 full time instructors you'll never have difficulties with aircraft or pilot availability.

All you will need to bring with you:

Logbook

ICAO Medical - current

ICAO CPL(H) Licence and Ratings - current

Passport

Results of EASA CPL/ATPL(H) Theoretical Exams if you have completed any previous ground exams.

Minimum Pre-requisites:

155 hours total time

including 5 hours night

including 50 hours PIC

including 10 hours PIC Cross-country

Conversion Requirements:

Pass ALL EASA Ground Exams: ATPL/CPL(H)

Pass English Language Proficency Assessment (online)

Hold more than 155 hours as a pilot (logbook)

Hold EASA Class 1 Medical

Flight training course:

Balearic Helicopters will make an assessment of your level of flying, including hours, types, recency and currency and make a course recommendation for the EASA CPL(H) training.

Pass EASA CPL (H) Skills Test

We can sort the rest out for you, make an evaluation and recommendation on the training to complete the course.
